1. You will receive an email to confirm we have received your files. This email will give you an anticipated time frame for completion.
2. You will receive an email when we have looked at and started your work. This will give a more accurate indication of anticipated completion time.
3. You will receive an email when your files are completed with details of how to access your completed transcriptions or other documents.
